How do I select my dental care provider?
Visit our web site, www.dentalcaresolutions.com and go to the Affiliates section. Review the list of our affiliate practices and select the Affiliated Practices of your choice.
How do I make an appointment?
Upon printing or receiving your ID card, call your selected provider to schedule an appointment and reference your membership number. Present your ID card each time you receive services.
Do all family members need to go to the same provider?
No each family member can choose their own affiliate dental care provider.
Is the Dental Care Solutions membership an insurance product?
No, the Dental Care Solutions membership is NOT an insurance program. The Dental Care Solutions membership is a reduced fee membership in which our affiliate providers have agreed to provide dental care services to our members at a reduced fee. This results in meaningful member savings of 20%-50% in comparison to the normal fees typically charged by dental care providers.
Are pre-existing dental conditions given a discount?
Yes, the Dental Care Solutions membership allows conditions existing prior to enrollment to be discounted if the treatment needed is performed by a participating dentist. However, procedures already started prior to the effective date of membership are not eligible for a discount.
To what age are children included?
Children who are dependents are able to receive discounted services under the family membership through age 20.
Can fees change?
Our fee schedule will be evaluated annually. Fees are subject to change at that time.
My provider is not a part of the Dental Care Solutions membership. How can I add him/her as an affiliate provider?
We look to our customers for referrals of good providers in their community. Please send an email to info@dentalcaresolutions.com with your dentists name, office phone number and office address.

Can the Dental Care Solutions membership be used with any other insurance?
The Dental Care Solutions membership may not be used in conjunction with any other dental plan, program, membership or insurance. Please verify your payment responsibility with the office before receiving services.
Can I cancel my membership?
If cancellation is made within the first thirty days of membership a refund of the annual membership will be made with the exception of the non-refundable application fee.
